We saw too much of the industry operating in ways we didn't believe in. One size fits all deals and thinking. A lack of transparency. Systems that don't always put artists first or move at the speed they do. People treated like numbers instead of people.

So we built Moodswing around a different set of principles.

We believe representing someone is a responsibility and an honor. Be clear. Be transparent. Work hard. Do what's right and fair.

As more of the music, media and entertainment business becomes driven by equity funds, valuations and financial models, we believe the people creating the culture should remain at the center of it.

We believe in artists. In artist development. In careers, not transactions. We challenge systems that are predatory, unnecessarily complicated or outdated, while supporting a culture built on diversity, integrity and fairness.
